My 5 Favourite Tech Tools That Save Me Hours Every Week

Tech that serves, not overwhelms

There’s no shortage of productivity tools — but more isn’t always better. The real magic happens when technology quietly works in the background, giving you back time, focus and peace of mind.

These are five tools I personally use every single week to keep Bella Executive Solutions — and my clients’ businesses — running smoothly.

1. Notion — the digital headquarters

Notion is my ultimate organisational home. It holds client dashboards, onboarding workflows, content calendars, and SOP libraries all in one place.

I love it because it’s visual yet powerful — think of it as a blend of planner, wiki, and project tracker.

Pro tip: Create a “Today” dashboard that automatically surfaces your top three priorities — instant focus.

2. ClickUp — for structured project visibility

For clients who prefer a more traditional project-management structure, ClickUp is unbeatable.

It lets us view work as lists, boards, or timelines and keeps everyone aligned on progress. Integrations with Slack and Drive make collaboration effortless.

Why it works: It replaces endless update meetings. Everyone sees progress at a glance.

3. Canva — where brand consistency lives

From client presentations to social content, Canva Pro is a time-saver.

Pre-built brand kits mean every design stays on-brand — no fiddling with fonts or hex codes.

Bella tip: Create reusable templates for proposals, social posts, and client reports. Your whole team can drag-and-drop without design skills.

4. LastPass — peace of mind for logins

Security and efficiency go hand-in-hand. LastPass allows me to share client logins safely, store credentials, and manage team access with ease.

It’s essential when working with multiple client systems — no more searching spreadsheets for passwords.

5. Kajabi — my digital business hub

For clients with courses, funnels or newsletters, Kajabi is a powerhouse. It combines email marketing, landing pages, and memberships — all under one clean interface.

Why I love it: Fewer logins, more automation, and seamless handover when managing client campaigns.

Bonus: AI assistants like ChatGPT

AI has changed the way I work. From drafting processes to brainstorming content ideas, AI tools act as creative partners rather than replacements. The key is human oversight — pairing empathy with efficiency.

Final thoughts: Simplify to scale

You don’t need twenty tools — you need the right five that align with your workflow.

Technology should feel like support, not noise. When used intentionally, it doesn’t just save time — it gives you mental clarity to lead.

💡 If you’d like me to help you audit or streamline your tech stack, I’d love to show you how small systems can make a big difference.
