Our retainer packages are designed for clients who need ongoing support and prefer a consistent, monthly commitment. By opting for a retainer, you can enjoy the following benefits:

Retainer clients receive top priority in scheduling and project execution.

Maintain a consistent working relationship with a dedicated team familiar with your business needs.

 

Retainer Packages:

  • Bronze Package: 40 hours per month 

  • Silver Package: 80 hours per month 

  • Gold Package: 120 hours per month 

 

*Note: A minimum commitment of 40 hours per month is required for all retainer packages.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE DAY-TO-DAY?

We tailor our communication style to you. Most clients use a mix of email, WhatsApp, and shared tools like Notion. You’ll never feel like you’re chasing updates — we stay proactive and organised so you don’t have to.

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE START?

Once we’ve had a discovery call and you’re ready to go, onboarding usually takes 3–5 working days. We’ll guide you through each step and make it super easy to get started.

Yes — due to the depth of support, this service is available on a monthly retainer basis only (from 40 hours/month). That said, we do offer a VIP Systems Day or 1:1 Strategy Sessions if you want a smaller commitment to start.
